These terms cover the FOBO iOS app and the website at fobo.flowtasks.io, published by SYNCRONHUB INTERNATIONAL LLC.
The app
FOBO is a training tool. It uses the camera to estimate touches, shots, and ball movement. Those counts are estimates, not an official measure of skill, and they are not coaching, medical, or safety advice. Train in a space that is safe for you and for anyone around you.
Your recordings
You are responsible for the footage you record. Record other people only if you have the right to do so. Highlights and exports you share are yours to send; we do not host them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
The website
The site describes the app and hosts this policy, the privacy policy, and support. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy the app screenshots or the FOBO name to imply that a different product is ours.
No warranty
The app and this website are provided as is. We do not promise that a count will match a touch you felt, that a session will be saved if the phone runs out of space, or that the app will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings or for how you use the training feedback.
Ending use
You can stop using FOBO at any time. Delete all data from Settings in the app, or delete the app. These terms apply while you use it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
